1.   Must be at least 18 years of age.
2.  High School Graduate or Equivalent.
3.  Licensed driver with excellent driving record. Must provide copy of valid
     drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance, as well as any other
     documentation requested.
4.  Significant child care experience outside of your own family is required.
5.  Must undergo a thorough investigation process: Criminal and civil
     background check, Credit & reference check. Education & past
     employment verified. Motor Vehicle Records Search, Social Security
6.   Must be certified in child/infant CPR & first aid, if not certified, must take
      next available course offered to become certified.
7.   Must be able to commit at least one year to prospective family.
8.   Must answer all questions on detailed application and sign and agree to
      written work agreement/contract.
9.   Must list past 5 years of employment, provide 3 personal references, and
      5 childcare references (no relatives).
      *Some college or degree is a plus. Must be extremely reliable, patient, loving,
      flexible, and bright. Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
      at all times. Upon meeting all of the above requirements, all applicants will
      be matched according to profile requirements. We require a one year
      commitment, this however, is solely at the discretion of the family/nanny
      based upon their mutual agreement.
